These terms govern booking and using Maven’s Choice luxury transportation in Chicago. By reserving or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

Services

Maven’s Choice provides luxury transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, events, and private bookings. All services are subject to availability.

Bookings & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • Accurate details, such as pickup time, location, and contact information, must be provided.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your reservation is accepted.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on service type, distance, duration, and vehicle selection.
  • Payment must be completed before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra time, waiting, tolls, parking, or special requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the allowed time frame ‹confirm cancellation window›.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Waiting Time

A standard waiting time may be included with your reservation ‹confirm included waiting time›. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Maven’s Choice is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for personal belongings lost or left in vehicles.

Safety

  • All passengers must follow safety guidelines and wear seatbelts.
  • The chauffeur has the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or substitute vehicles when necessary, while ensuring a comparable level of service.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number on our reservation form, you may opt in to receive text messages from Maven’s Choice about your booking, including confirmations and updates, and optionally to receive marketing messages. SMS is opt-in only and is never required to make a reservation.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your reservation and your preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 312-900-5587 or info@mavenschoice.org.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

This agreement, and any reservation or use of our services, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Updates to These Terms

Maven’s Choice reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
